A clear project approach

Practical decisions.A defined next step.

The information and work are connected around your project scope.

  1. Define the requirement

Discuss the project stage, treatment objective and available site information.

  2. Agree the design basis

Clarify capacity, quality targets, assumptions and scope boundaries.

  3. Develop the documents

Prepare the drawings, quantities or equipment guidance covered by the scope.

  4. Review the next step

Explain the deliverables and address agreed technical questions.

Helpful answers

Before weget started.

Understand the selection and project scope before taking the next step.

Which documents are included in the consultancy?

The proposal defines the agreed process design, drawing set, bill of quantities or equipment-selection work. Share your project stage and required decisions so the appropriate document scope can be discussed.

Is equipment supply included automatically?

Consultancy, equipment supply, installation and commissioning are different responsibilities. Their inclusion is clarified in the project scope; engineering documents alone should not be assumed to include all delivery work.

Can you review an existing plant layout?

Share the available layout, system information and proposed change. These records help define a suitable review or design scope around the existing installation.

Can a BOQ be used as the final project price?

A bill of quantities organizes the specified equipment and materials. Pricing, site work, responsibilities and commercial terms need to be confirmed in a separate quotation or proposal.
